I think Seefeld is one of the oldest ski areas in Austria. It has the reputation to host the nordic events of the 1964 and 1976 Olympics.
It was 1999 we had visited there and I felt like the whole place was a bit outdated but still it was good fun and the hotels in general offer good value and most of them are equipped with good wellness facilities.
In fact it was late winter and the snow was still adequate and still the quality of pistes were quite good. I can easily say the quality and length of the pistes were okey and we had not any complaints. The skiing complex is a decent one. For the village, it wasn’t the most romantic place that I have ever been but still there were enough options for nightlife and entertainment.
