Update to the post: I am a regular customer of Aglio e Olio and this is one of the local places I would definitely recommend if you are in SW10 area. What you will get is perhaps not a fine dining experience, in contrary what fine dining lacks is the very thing they deliver. Simple cooking, yet delicious flavours. All around it is not expensive as well.
Italian food, especially pasta cooked simple but at its best. This is a no frills italian restaurant with reasonable prices but one that totally delivers… A bit crowded and loud at dinner time but the good mood and enjoyment from the food more than compensates couple of minutes of waiting. The menu is straight forward and the pastas are always delicious. My favourites are Linguine with Shrimps and Veal Milanese served on top of Spagetti with tomato sauce though you should ask this because this one is not on the menu.
