A decent, clean city hotel is something smart travelers are always after for. The location of Albergo Ottocento is perfect. It is very close to the Villa Borghese located in a quiet street. It is in very close proximity to the Spanish Steps where also the elegant stores of luxury brands are located. The location is also not far away from the must see sites like Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona.
The hotel has a small entrance but it has a modern and fresh look. Our room was small but very clean and it was in good standard. The bathroom was excellent. The quality and style of the material was good and it was very roomy. The price was also very competitive according to my small research. The front office staff was really helpful in our queries and the lady who made our check in also offered a very nice restaurant that I really liked.
The result is, we had excellent time spending time around the city and when we need our sleep and refreshing, the hotel gave everything what we demanded. But if what you need is real luxury and space, together with a tight budget; and then chances are you will find a better place on the outskirts of the city.
